How to buy online?

You can put an order for the products of this site 24 hours a day through our secured online purchase partner - Paypal. You can return the product if there is a fault and we will compensate you with a new one. To buy online just simply do the following:

  • Browse our website to understand our shop
  • Browse our products to view the picture, full description and price
  • If you like our product, just click the ¡°add to basket¡± button beside the product, you can change your choice or decision at this stage
  • Once you click the button, it will automatically take you to the secured online payment website of Paypal, our transaction partner who is the top online secured payment service provider in the world, and is part of eBay company
  • Follow the steps instructed by PayPal, you can delete any items you ordered before you finalise your payment
  • Enter your credit card details. Please feel assured as the credit card details are held with strict confidentiality and will be erased from the system after the transaction is finalised
  • The credit card charge will only take place when the products are despatched
  • When we receive your order we will email you a confirmation. We will notify any out of stocks with anticipated delivery date and give you the option to substitute if you wish.

You are only charged for goods when they have been despatched from our warehouse. The out of stock items will only be charged for when they come into stock and are then despatched.

Return Policy
You can return the distributed product to us if there is a fault, together with the original package within 7 days. The return postage will be reimbursed by Molishop. We will replace it with a new and perfect one within 3 days upon receiving your returned product. Also please note that our strict quality control makes it very rare to find a faulty product.

Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 3 working days. The charge for postage and packaging is 2.00 per delivery address. For products not in stock we will advise you availability. If the products you ordered are damaged during delivery, please inform us by email immediately upon receipt.Our email:

International orders
We do accept orders for delivery to European Economic Community, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Please write to us by email your postal address, credit card name and detailed information (number, expiration date, holder¡¯s name), and the products you intend to buy, Please note that Paypal will charge a 2.5% fee on currency conversion. You will then be advised the of delivery time via email. Please be aware that you may have to pay your country¡¯s import duty and/or VAT upon receipt.
