You are only charged for goods when they have been despatched from our warehouse. The out of stock items will only be charged for when they come into stock and are then despatched.
Return Policy You can return the distributed product to us if there is a fault, together with the original package within 7 days. The return postage will be reimbursed by Molishop. We will replace it with a new and perfect one within 3 days upon receiving your returned product. Also please note that our strict quality control makes it very rare to find a faulty product.
Delivery Our standard delivery time is 3 working days. The charge for postage and packaging is 2.00 per delivery address. For products not in stock we will advise you availability.
