You can put an order for the products of this site 24 hours a day 7 days a week all year through our secured online purchase partner - Paypal. You can return the product if there is a fault and we will compensate you with a new one. To buy online just simply do the following:

  • Browse our products to view the picture, full description and price
  • If you like our product, just click the Paypal button beside the product, you can change your choice or decision at this stage
  • Once you click the button, it will automatically take you to the secured online payment website of Paypal - our transaction partner who is the leading online secured payment service provider in the UK and Europe
  • Follow the steps instructed by Paypal, you will be asked to put in the right amount of money (up to 100 pounds for people without a Paypal account and up to 300 pounds for people with a Paypal account), your address and a note to us if you so wish
  • Enter your credit card details. Please feel assured as the credit card details are held with strict confidentiality and will be erased from the system after the transaction is finalised
  • Once you confirmed the order you will see a confirmation webpage, same when you cancelled the order a message page will confirm the order is cancelled. With Paypal we will receive your order within minutes. When we receive your order, we will dispatch the products as soon as possible and the delivery to UK address takes normally 2 to 5 days. Delivery to Europe takes about 5 days, Japan and to US take about 2 weeks.

Return Policy
You can return the distributed product to us if there is a fault or if you find the product is not as you expected, together with the original package within 7 days. The return postage will be reimbursed by Sykam Solutions limited. We will replace it with a new and perfect one within 3 days upon receiving your returned product. Also please note that our strict quality control makes it very rare to find a faulty product.

Our standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. Our policy is to offer ZERO delivery cost for Only UK customers. For European customers and other destinations out of EU, a transportation charge of 1.50 UK pound per racket will be charged. For products not in stock we will advise you availability. We do accept orders for delivery to European Economic Community, South Africa, Japan, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. 5-day air postage to South Africa costs around 50 rands per racket (for about 260g). Please write to us by email the products and quantity you want to buy, your postal address, credit card name and detailed information (number, expiration date, holder¡¯s name), and the products you intend to buy, You will then be advised the delivery time via email.
