Instruction - How to use it?

Step 1. Prepare the ingredients, such as vegetables, meat, etc. and put them into the stainless steel inner container, put on the lid.
Step 2. Put the inner pot on the hob or any stove (gas or electricity), bring to boil then cook for 10 to 20 minutes. Season with your favorate seasoning
Step 3. Use a towel on the handle of inner pot to pick it up, put it into the outer pot, close the lid and pull off the handle which automatically seal the lid tight. Note that when the outside plastic lid handle is put backwards, the lid can be opened, when the handle is pulled from back towards front, at any position in the middle and the front the lid will be automatically sealed tight.
Step 4. Leave the sealed pot for 1 to 2 hours. Your soup, stock, risotto or stew is now ready to serve.

Some recipe ideas:
1. Curry lamb, chicken, beef or seafood
Set the inner container on the hob, put in a knob of butter or 4ml of cooking oil, put in chopped onions and mushrooms (optional), fried till brown.
Put in meat (chicken, lamb, beef or seafood) cut in shapes of cube, brown them
Add in 1 large cup of water, bring to boil for 10 minutes
Put in vegetables cut in cubes of 2cm large, potatoes, peppers, carrots, cauliflowers according to your taste.
Put in 2 table spoons of any curry paste (you can buy different taste curry paste in supermarkets), stir well, season to taste, then put the inner container into the outer pot, pull down the lid to seal. Leave for 40 - 50 minutes
Dish out the curry and serve hot with Basmati rice
2. Vegetable and chicken broth
Rince the chicken or chicken carcase, put into the inner container, add in water to cover the chicken
Set the inner pot on the hob, bring to boil for 20 minutes
Put into the pot chopped vegetables (leeks, onions, celerys, carrots, mushrooms, potatos), boil for 5 minutes
Season with salt and pepper, then put the inner pot inside the outer pot, pull the lid down to seal
Leave for 1 - 1.5 hours, the soup is now ready to serve
3. Italian Risotto recipe
Rince the chicken, chicken carcase or pork bones, put in the inner pot, add in water to cover them
Bring the inner pot to boil, boil for 20 minutes
Put the inner pot into the outer pot, seal the lid, leave for 1 hour
40 minutes later, in a heated frying pan, put 1 table spoon of olive oil (butter is optional)
Put in chopped onions, fry till brown
Put in rice (4 oz per person for main course or 2 oz per person for side dish), now open the Thermo Pot, take out the already-cooked chicken or pork stock, pour about 2 cups of stock into the pan, stir for 5 minutes
Pour in another cup of chicken or pork stock, stir well. Can add in a cup of white wine if so desired
Add in parmesan cheese, a little oil or butter to make it creamier
Add in chopped spinach or asparagus, some cooked chicken pieces, raw prawns, crab meat or seafood according to individual taste, season with salt and pepper, mix well
Put back into the emptied inner pot, put the pot into the outer pot, the rice should have absorbed the stock and be moist enough, but no liquid is seen
Close the lid and pull down the handle, the risotto starts to cook automatically
After 20 minutes, the risotto dish will be ready to serve hot
Alternatively can use beef stock or any bouillon cubes.
